Founder

Prema has over 25 years of experience across administration, sales and HR, with much of her career spent in international education.

She has led admissions teams and built admissions processes inside Singapore’s international schools. She understands the journey from first enquiry to enrolment — and the small moments that help a family feel confident in a school.

As a mother of three who has moved across borders, Prema has walked in these families’ shoes. She knows that selecting a school isn’t just a logistical task; it’s a deeply personal milestone in helping a family settle into a new community.

Deepthi Vishnumahanti

Director

Deepthi has more than fifteen years of experience helping people and organisations navigate growth and change, including leadership roles in HR and operations within international education.

She understands that a school is more than its systems and processes. It is a community shaped by the families who join it, the people who work in it and the trust built between them. As the mother of a child who has studied in both local and international schools, she also knows how the two systems work from the inside — and what it takes for a family to move confidently between them.

Her experience spans admissions and parent engagement, people strategy, CRM reporting and digital transformation. With an MBA and a Modular Master in Digital HR, she brings thoughtful structure to complex challenges while keeping the human experience firmly in view.
